No matter the location or size of your home, life is tough. With the Lord's help and encouragement from others in the Body of Christ, we can build strong Christian homes that glorify our heavenly Father.  That's what family does.  We are in this together.

Chalk Borders demonstrates that the boundary lines we establish for our lives will be ever-changing.  Sometimes we overreact to a situation and react by drawing very restrictive boundaries.  After we cool off, re-evaluate the situation, pray and seek the Lord, we realize that we need to adjust our opinions.  Other times we realize that our borders were too inclusive and after growing in our faith, we realize there are things that were once permitted can no longer be a part of our lives because they do not honor our Creator.  The Lord's mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).  He will wash away the old Chalk Borders, and help us draw new ones.

From this analogy, we decided Chalk Borders would be the great name for a website/blog that would allow us to share what the Lord has taught us with others who need encouragement.  Knowing only Elohim has all the absolute right or wrong answers, we believe that by seeking understanding through God's Word and His desires for our family through prayer...we see His mighty hand at work, growing us in love and wisdom for His glory.
